The Samsung Armani Phone and the Samsung F700 have just reached the shops and have already turned out to be highly successful in this short time. That Samsung had expected this success beforehand can be seen at the exclusive photos of the followers of these devices, new phones that again will steal the hearts of the Fashion fans and Ultra Messaging lovers.

At the website of UnwiredView, a photo was placed today that shows a number of Samsung devices that were presented at a press meeting in the Uktraine last week. Among these devices we find two John Does, namely the Samsung F490 (follower Samsung F700) and the Samsung P720 (follower Samsung P520 Armani Phone).

At the left of the Samsung F700 a silver-coloured Samsung F490 can be seen. At first sight, the device looks a little slimmer and somewhat longer and it seems to be equipped woth three touch-sensitive keys. The design has remained almost the same, the Samsung F490 namely has the same round shapes as the Samsung F700 and the display is about as big.

On the area of camera quality, the Samsung F490 has improved a lot in comparison to the Samsung F700. When the Samsung F700 was presented, one of the specifications the slider would offer was a 5 megapixel camera. However, the actual version did not offer this, it namely offers a 3 megapixel camera. The Samsung F490 will, as the first rumours say, offer a 5 megapixel camera. The display will have a size of 3.2 inches and will be nice and clear with 262.000 colours.

The expectation is that the Samsung F490 will be announced at the Mobile World Congress in February of 2008. The salesprice of the device will be around 420 euro.

Samsung P720
The follower of the Samsung P520 Armani Phone was also spotted at the meeting in the Ukraine. This fashion phone has just arrived in the shops and is the result of a cooperation between Samsung and Armani. The follower of the Samsung P520 also seems to flow from this cooperation and according to the first rumours, not a lot has changed when compared to the Samsung P520 Armani.

The only difference between the two devices, as we know for now, is that the Samsung P720 will be a dual-sim device. Not a lot of dual-sim devices are on the market today and that makes it very special that Samsung has managed to make place for an extra simcard in a highly compact creditcard device like the Samsung P720.

Mobile Phone Helpdesk expects, if the Samsung P720 would really come to the market, that the candybar will also be presented in February 2008.
