More Sacramento-area residents and their televisions can break free from cable. AT&T announced that AT&T U-verseSM TV and Internet services are now available to more than 160,000 living units in and around the Sacramento area.
AT&T has continued to make U-verse TV available to more and more customers in the Sacramento area since introducing the service there in August 2007. U-verse TV is offered today in parts of 17 communities, including Sacramento County, Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Folsom, Gold River, Lincoln, Modesto, Rancho Cordova, Rocklin, Loomis, El Dorado Hills, Stockton, Fairfield, Vacaville, Mountain House, Tracy and Ceres. There are plans to continue reaching even more customers.
Sacramento customers also can enjoy a suite of new U-verse TV features — currently available for all local U-verse TV customers at no extra charge — that further differentiate the service from cable, including:
